Please be advised that all appointment requests require approval. I will contact you personally to finalize the details of your appointment. A credit card is required to book an appointment. This card will only be used in the event that a cancellation fee is required or if you choose to use it to pay for your service. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or if you don’t show up for your appointment. All credit card transactions include an additional 3% processing fee.  I will always confirm with you the day before your appointment to give you the option to cancel or reschedule.

To respect both of our schedules and avoid wasted travel time, in-home appointment confirmations require a response. If a response is not received by 24 hours prior to your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
